    STEP 1
In spring, mow 2 times before applying. Apply granules evenly over lawn by treating lawn borders then filling in the center. Make parallel passes walking at a steady pace.
    STEP 2
If using a broadcast or rotary spreader, make sure each strip overlaps the previous strip. If using a drop spreader, make sure the wheels overlap the wheel marks in the grass from the previous strip.
    STEP 3
After 24 hours, lightly water in to activate residual barrier.
    STEP 4
Make a second application in the Fall.

Use only on established lawns of the turf types listed below:

    • St. Augustinegrass (including Floratam)
    • Bermudagrass
    • Centipedegrass
    • Zoysiagrass

Do Not use on Bahiagrass, Bentgrass, Ormond variety of Bermudagrass, Buffalograss, Carpetgrass, Dichondra, Fescue, Kikuyugrass, Ryegrass and Seashore Paspalum lawns.

    In early spring or fall

Apply only to actively growing turf

    • Apply in spring after the lawn is actively growing and has been mowed 2 times.
    • Apply in fall no closer than 6 weeks before the first historical frost date for your area.
    • Do not apply to Centipedegrass after October 1.

Apply when weeds are small and actively growing and temperatures are between 50–90oF.

May be applied to dry or (for best results) to dew-wetted lawns.

To prevent Crabgrass and Goosegrass, apply early spring before the temperatures are regularly in the lower 80oF range.

To prevent Annual Bluegrass (Poa annua) apply August – December.

For optimal Dollarweed control, apply this product mid-fall.

Lawns may be seeded 12 months, sodded 6 months, and sprigged 12 months after applying this product.

    • Use this product only on established Southern lawns listed on this label – new lawns must be at least 3 months old if sodded, 16 months old if sprigged and 16 months old if seeded.
    • Do not overlap treated areas or make repeat applications within 90 days as over application could damage the lawn.
    • Do not apply this product to water-saturated soils.
    • Do not apply this product if the lawn appears unhealthy e.g., due to lack of water (drought, watering restrictions), turf disease (dollarspot, large patch, grey leaf spot, take-all root rot, etc.), parasitic microscopic worms (nematodes), turf insects (chinch bugs, etc.), heavy shade, recent aeration or verticutting, or if the lawn is prone to winter injury.
    • Apply when the air is calm to avoid drift onto desirable plants.

Broadleaf weeds including Dollarweed, Dandelion, Clover, Chickweed and Henbit. See product label for complete list.

Grassy and broadleaf weeds such as Crabgrass, Annual Bluegrass (Poa annua), Common Chickweed, Common Dandelion, Goosegrass, Spurge and White Clover. See product label for complete list.

Use rotary or drop type spreader to apply granules evenly over the lawn. To be sure you cover lawn areas uniformly, first treat the border of the lawn then fill in the center.

Make parallel passes, walking at a steady pace to ensure even distribution of the granules. Do not overlap treated areas. Sweep, brush, or blow any accidentally applied material off driveways, sidewalks etc. back onto the lawn. Heavy raking will disturb the weed preventative barrier and reduce the effectiveness of this product.

Wait 24 hours after applying, then activate residual barrier by lightly watering in.

Do not make more than two applications per site in any 12 month period, or make repeat applications within 90 days as over application could damage the lawn.

If the lawn needs mowing, do it 1 - 2 days before (for best results) or 1 day after applying this product. Clippings from the first three mowings should be left on the treated area. Do not use the clippings from the treated areas as mulch or compost around flowers, ornamentals, trees or in vegetable gardens.

If lawn is dry, water 1 - 2 days before using this product. Do not water for at least 24 hours after application or apply if rain is expected within 24 hours.

This product contains a proven blend of weed killers to kill existing weeds, plus a residual herbicide to keep them from coming back for up to 6 months. This product starts working immediately to stop weed growth until weeds are dead, usually within weeks. Plus, it feeds your lawn for quick greening and long-lasting feeding.
